Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy

At Kevin's Remedies we want your online experience to be easy, pleasant, and successful. We have created a friendly ordering, payment and shipping process that will make your online shopping simple and concurrently meet all the requirements of a successful online store.

Most credit and debit card orders placed online or over the phone by 2 PM EST are shipped on the same business day.

Rush delivery orders placed by 2 PM Eastern will ship on the same day except Saturday and Sunday. All orders are shipped within 24 business hours.

Please note: We ship orders only on Business days and DO NOT ship on weekends. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Order Status and Returns

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the available items in your order immediately and ship the rest when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges).
